井口重置法兰紧固装置设计

摘要: 井喷失控应急救援抢险时,在底法兰完好的情况下,不论是钢丝绳加压法还是重力加压法重置井口,最终都涉及人员近井口安装紧固井口法兰螺栓,极有可能因井内流体突然泄漏导致人员伤亡。为解决这个问题,设计了井口重置法兰紧固装置,此装置采用了液压抱箍式结构,为油气井抢险救援及隐患井口治理的井口重置提供了新的方法,与遥控重力加压井口重置装置配套后,可实现井喷失控重置井口作业全过程遥控操作,不仅提高了作业效率,而且避免了井控应急救援人员抵近作业的风险。

Abstract:

Abstract: In the emergency rescue of out of control blowout, when the bottom flange is in good condition, whether it is steel wire pressing method or gravity pressing method to reset the wellhead, it is ultimately involved in the installation and fastening of wellhead flange bolts near the wellhead, which may likely to cause casualties due to the sudden leakage of natural gas or oil in the well. To solve this problem, a flange fastening device for wellhead reset has been developed in this paper by adopting hydraulic hoop structure to provide a new method for the wellhead reset of oil and gas well rescue and hidden danger wellhead treatment. After matching with the remote control gravity pressing wellhead reset device, it can realize the remote control operation in the whole process of wellhead reset operation, not only improving the operation efficiency, but also avoiding the risk of personnel operation near the wellhead in well control emergency rescue.
